Return Policy

In accordance with § 56 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since receiving the goods, we are not obliged to accept the return of the order.

In order for us to accept a return, the entire order must be in exactly the same condition as when received. The order must also be in its original packaging.

Returns

To initiate a return, please send your order number and the reason for return to the email address info@maninails.ee

Once the returned order has reached us, we will inspect it and notify you of our decision by email. If the decision is positive, we will refund the full order amount or exchange the product. The refunded amount will be credited to your account no later than 14 days after the positive decision.

The cost of return shipping is covered by you, the customer. Returns within Estonia are free of charge. Delivery fees are non-refundable. When issuing a refund, the delivery fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Late or Inappropriate Returns

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose packaging has been opened after delivery, in accordance with § 56 (2) point 3 of the Law of Obligations Act.

Hygiene products that cannot be returned after opening include products that come into direct contact with the body or bodily fluids and whose opening or use may compromise their sterility, safety, or cleanliness (for example: opened makeup products, makeup tools, facial, body and hair care products, hair accessories, manicure tools, perfumes).
